TGIO 2 was held on 11 March 2008 to herald the success of our KR Sportsmen in the grueling and glorious Inter-Hall Games season. Hosted by our very own Culture Secretary and reigning Miss KR, Lishi and her partner, Lionel who happened to bag the Mr. Personality Award just a few months back, it was also one heartfelt event for the graduating seniors in KR Rockers.
Once again KR Rockers performed for the hall but this time round with the final years Lin, Surath, Timothy, Rachel, Jie Min, Ivan giving possibly their last performance in the familiar ambience of the KR MPSH.
The Rockers finally had Jiemin, who had meticulously served us on the keyboards for 3 years, to sing her solo song after much coaxing. She had sweetly dedicated her performance to her beloved with Ivan supporting her on the bass and Lin on back ups.
In this photo are the CS Brothers, Surath and Lin, performing together. We are certain that they will have many more gigs together outside upon graduation, so rest assured this will not be the last. The KR Rockers family will always be there to support them and their bands, namely Work in Progress, Reverie & the Dubious Brothers.
Cheering out loud are the D-Block Kent Ridgeans, or otherwise better known as D-ivas supporting Lin and the other d-ivas in this event.
The Freeloaders were called to play the closing song, as they present their Champion trophy to the KR Hall Master, Dr Kuldip Singh.
